Prerequisites of the Project
Need of development of new channels and communication options sharply ripened in connection with permanent updating of products and services of cellular operator. High dynamics of business requires operational informing all target audiences of the company about the happening changes. Until recently this task decided by traditional methods — using offline presentations, press conferences, online of mailings, etc. Organization of process of informing required a large number of resources also was complicated by territorial distribution of the company and also scales of the target audience consisting from partners, media and other participants communicating process from all regions of Russia. Everyone, who at least once faced the organization of the road show through towns and villages our country, knows, what finance and human costs there are actions of this sort, not to mention that process stretches in time at least for weeks! Project Results
Use of video conference for the presentation new services provided MTS an opportunity "reach" the majority target media across all Russia without need of labor-intensive and expensive business trips. As a result the budget was reduced many times, and a scope the audience turned out maximum. The interactive format allowed to expand pool of at the same time invited to participation in a web conference of federal and regional journalists, representatives of a blogosphere and online of media also received the mass of positive responses: participants estimated a possibility of participation in a press conference, without leaving the house. The only problem, with which organizers faced, it is low speed of the Internet in some regions which could glitch and low-quality picture. Problem it was solved by the organization "more hotly lines" for all who experienced difficulties, and preliminary informing potential participants about technical requirements.
