MTS Optimus helps to solve these problems. After connecting to the service through MTS ID, the entrepreneur can use a set of tools for effective work: automatic recording and decryption of calls, intelligent smartphones from AI, contextual search by decryptions and a list of tasks tied to contact cards.

In addition to the mobile application, MTS Optimus is also presented in the mini-CRM format - a web version ready for operation without integrations. After authorization in the browser, all calls from the mobile application are automatically pulled up by phone number to the system. From any conversation, you can fix an order in a few clicks, add a contact or set a task. Everything works synchronously: it is worth phoning or adding a contact in a mobile application - all data immediately appears in the web version along with the entire interaction history, for example, order history. The built-in catalog allows you to quickly attach goods and services to orders. In the future, users will be able to connect employees to the platform and work with calls from their mobile devices in a single cloud.

Self-employed or micro-businesses cannot always afford the traditional IT solutions available to medium or large businesses. MTS Optimus based on artificial intelligence can become an assistant for such entrepreneurs, freeing up their resources necessary to systematize data. The solution will help decrypt conversations, quickly find the desired call, control the task tracker right inside the application, work with interaction history, orders and customers. And taking into account the fact that an entrepreneur with a small business or self-employed often work for themselves and are forced to be constantly on the move, the new service will automatically fix agreements and all details, even when it is not possible to independently record information on a convenient medium, "said Marat Kabanov, director of MTS in Tatarstan.

Records of telephone conversations are saved for three months, and decryptions - as long as the user needs. At the same time, MTS Optimus ensures the storage of all data on secure servers that exclude unauthorized access. The plans for product development include the introduction of additional options for protection against unwanted calls based on MTS technologies, the launch of a teamwork mode for corporate clients, a version for tablets and the ability to buy a virtual MTS Exolve number for calls right in the application.
