2020: Submission of the VDele application

On June 3, 2020 the federal provider of intelligent solutions for business of JSC MTT announced an output to the market of the tool for support of small business – mobile application of VDele, with the toll-free landline number and without subscription fee.

In addition to traditional telephony in the application there are additional opportunities: analytics of efficiency of calls, notifications, conference call.

• Readdressing will redirect a call on the mobile phone in any place with the unstable Internet;
• Monitoring of the passed calls will help not to lose the uniform transaction;

• Function call management will distribute calls between the owner of business and employees, and the Conference mode will expand opportunities for communication with a command and clients;
• The call recording will record arrangements and will prompt how to increase quality of sales and service;
• Voice mail writes voice messages on all incoming calls in time off;
• The analytics of efficiency of calls online will help to monitor business indicators, to react and affect the number of sales.
