2020: Free MTT voice robot for medical institutions

On April 1, 2020, the federal provider of intelligent solutions for business MTT announced its readiness to provide its Voice Robot solution to medical organizations for free in order to help them automate communications with patients. A voice robot can call the existing subscriber database and conduct a health survey based on pre-installed questions. For example: Was the patient recently abroad? Which country? Are there symptoms of the disease? Is there a temperature? If so, which one? Do I need to call a doctor? The robot translates the received answers into text and enters them into the clinic database or translates them into an operator who records the patient for an appointment.

Another possible scenario is when the robot receives incoming calls and conducts an initial survey of the caller about his state of health. According to the survey results, the robot either recommends sitting at home and being treated and gives instructions as, or connects with a specialized specialist. This allows more attention to be paid to people who need real emergency care. The robot can also record complaints about the service or behavior of medical personnel, and online enter them into the report in the form of text, so that hospital managers are easier to assess the situation and take action.

The MTT voice robot was previously introduced into the federal network of Polimedika medical centers providing assistance under the compulsory medical insurance policy. He automated the routine of collecting and registering patient complaints about the service of medical centers. Now customers do not wait long for an answer on the line, but immediately report their problem to the robot, which collects all the necessary data on the complaint and writes the Bitrix system to CRM 24. After that, the clinic specialists receive a summary report and work to improve the service.

2019: Comprehensive Phone Number Database Update Service for B2B Customers

On July 17, 2019, MTT OJSC announced the launch of a service - a comprehensive updating of the telephone number database for B2B clients using a voice bot, based on its own Telecom API platform and mobile infrastructure.

The phone number database is the main tool for the business, and the quality of contact information is especially important for companies operating in the retail business segment, financial and marketing organizations.

The effectiveness of mass mailings for the promotion of goods and services, advertising campaigns and events for the collection of opinions and customer interaction depends on the relevance of the data used. Over time, the database of telephone numbers loses overall efficiency, which leads to a lower percentage of feedback from potential customers on mailings - and companies have to look for solutions to update the database, or conduct it in "manual" mode. However, the use of a voice bot can significantly reduce the time and resources for solving such problems.

As a result, thanks to the service of updating the database of telephone numbers, the customer will be able to maintain "live" contacts in the database, increase conversion from SMS mailings and significantly reduce operating costs.

2018: Announcement

On December 3, 2018, MTT announced the launch of a voice bot - a full replacement for the call center operator or sales employee.

According to the company, the bot can accept an incoming call, determine the subscriber's problem and solve it either independently or by redirecting it to a specialist. Customer companies can use a voice bot instead of a secretary, combining all the advantages of real communication and the versatility of IVR solutions.

For December 2018, the bot receives calls around the clock and can call up to 2,000 customers per minute. Due to the fact that the bot data is stored in the cloud, several users can access it at the same time. You can use the voice bot as a service, and not as software - it is more convenient and safer.

As of December 2018, the MTT voice bot can:

  • Receive incoming calls 24/7 and recognize the client's speech with an accuracy of 87%. The sound is converted into a "digit" almost instantly;
  • Call customers and sell goods, voice news, conduct surveys. The bot makes it possible to test dialog scripts and choose the most effective;
  • Integrate with telephony or APIs of existing CRMs and any external resources.
