In April, 2011 One Plus company – the center of creation and development of virtual cellular operators (MVNO) – an objyavlil about completion of the certification of the hardware and software system MVNO Support System GEAR only in the Russian market of the system which is initially designed especially for complex support of business on the MVNO model. Development is already used in all projects of the One Plus Center.

The certificate of conformity (registration number OC-5-CT-0329) is issued for a period of up to April 04, 2014. On a public communication network of MVNO Support System GEAR it is possible to use as an automated billing system with subscribers for services of mobile radio telephone communication; local (except for payphones and means of collective access), intra-zone, intercity and international telephone communication; and also telephone communication in the selected network. Besides, application conditions extend as well to services in providing communication channels, data transmission (including, voice information) and telematic communication services. Thus, the certificate covers all relevant now and perspective scopes of the MVNO model.

Let's highlight that in the MVNO Support System GEAR system all main instruments of support of activity of virtual cellular operators are integrated: billing, CRM and preparation of management and financial statements. At the same time the certified configuration is expected service to 1 million subscribers on each MVNO project. Let's note that the full integration of billing and CRM implemented in the MVNO Support System GEAR complex is extremely important for virtual cellular operators since for them one of key competitive advantages is accurate segmentation of target groups, development of specialized rates, promotion actions and programs of loyalty. Using these tools, the virtual operator can consider specific features of narrow segments of the market and is steady work for them with rather high marginality. The widespread systems of billing have no such flexibility and do not meet the requirements of independent MVNO for the level of initial and operating costs and also requirements to the equipment.

The most important feature of MVNO Support System GEAR is connected with the fact that this system is expected creation of the scalable technical infrastructure servicing unlimited number of the operators rendering services in the MVNO model. At the same time for each partner separate connection to network of the basic operator and the isolated protected information environment which is completely supporting all necessary business processes from carrying out settlement before formation of marketing reports can be organized.

At the same time the last defined functionality and key technical characteristics of a system, created technical specifications and the project documentation, held system testing at different development stages. It allowed to create the high-quality universal product having good market potential. The One Plus center considers the possibilities of commercial distribution of the MVNO Support System GEAR system. At the same time several options – from classical schemes of licensing before creation of specialized "cloud" service are studied.
