2018: Announcement of a computer mouse

On August 20, 2018 the Swiss producer of computer peripherals Logitech announced a vertical computer mouse who, according to developers, reduces muscular tension and even improves a bearing.

The feature of the MX Vertical model consists in construction with vertical angle by 57 degrees. At such provision of a brush load of a wrist decreases, and the thumb conveniently is placed on a special support, claim in Logitech.

The mouse  MX Vertical provides natural provision of a brush  — as at handshake  — and  lowers load of muscles by 10% thanks to what the palm is located with the most convenient image.

In addition to unusual design, the device has the improved technology of optical tracking (the sensor has peak response of 4000  dots per inch) and the special switch of motion speed of the cursor that allowed to reduce the quantity of movements by a hand four times. Thus, the voltage level in muscles decreases and fatigue is prevented.

Speed and accuracy of the movement of the cursor can be configured in the software  of Logitech Options. In the same place it is possible to set functions for certain applications and to set the necessary level of sensitivity.

Dimensions MX Vertical very considerable (120 x 79 x 78.5 mm), as well as weight (135 grams). No system of adjustment of weight is provided. But in Logitech pay attention to the rubberized covering of a working part, a castor of a premium class and a key of adjustment of resolution of the optical pickup.
