2023: Product Announcement
On May 15, 2023, it became known that the Federal Property Management Agency was creating a marketplace for the sale of state facilities. Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev told Izvestia some details about the project.
Now there is an active digitalization of the Federal Property Management Agency, aimed primarily at reconciling all registers, cadastrating, determining the target function of objects. They should not be idle. If someone needs an object, then it needs to be sold. By the end of this [2023] year, the Federal Property Management Agency should carry out all the work on audit and digitalization in full, create a marketplace through which people can purchase what they need, "Moiseev said. |
He explained that in Russia there are many objects in state property that are "idle," and the state needs to sell them. It is assumed that on the marketplace "people can purchase what they need." The deputy head of the Ministry of Finance also described the model of the marketplace:
- you need to enter the criteria of the object of interest: for example, "Krasnodar Territory, Yeisk District. Immovable non-residential property ";
- then the results that need to be evaluated fall out;
- if a citizen presses the "buy" button, then he becomes a participant in the auction, according to the results of which he can conclude an agreement in his personal account and issue ownership.
He stressed that the authorities do not have the task of "simply distributing state property as soon as possible," and the issue of property privatization by May 2023 is not on the agenda.
The President set the task of forming an internal retail investment market. Therefore, the government submitted a bill on a long-term savings program (PDS) to the State Duma, and plans to reform individual investment accounts (IIS). This is done so that citizens accumulate funds through investing money in stock market instruments, he added.[1] |
