Applied directions

Mathematica is the extensive and powerful computing system. In it there is a number of the functionality specific to different technical areas: from computing biology to the veyvlet-analysis. Each function is closely integrated with all Mathematica system that allows to study in detail certain areas and to investigate the new ideas on intersection of different areas.

Data science

The Mathematica system can combine the imported data with the data received at the system Wolfram|Alpha and right there to analyze them, using modern methods of approval of models and curves, methods of signal processing, classification and statistical techniques. Flexibly configured possibilities of data visualization will allow to see results of work in the New World.

Graphics and visualization

Functions, data, charts, images or summaries — the subsystem of visualization of the Mathematica system does possible their high-quality static and dynamic views, automatically optimizing balance between computing efficiency and visual refinement.

2013: Mathematica 9

The new version of Mathematica 9 - new opportunities - from creation of the website for trade in hedge funds or the publication of technical textbooks, before development of the built-in algorithms of image understanding or teaching the mathematical analysis.


On November 6, 2013 Softline company together with Wolfram Research Inc., during the seminar presented the solution Wolfram Mathematica 9. Date of a release of the official version of a product - on November 28, 2012.
