The e-queue system of MAXIM represents a hardware-software complex which is intended for business process automation of work of operators with visitors.

A system consists of the software and the different peripheral equipment intended for interaction of a system and users (means of input and information display, printing of coupons, the sound notification, etc.).

The MAXIM allows to select necessary service independently on the touch screen of the terminal of an e-queue system or to be registered using the administrator (manager) of the hall of service. At the time of registration to the visitor the coupon with number of queue which is entered in the list of waiting is printed. The released operator announces in a system a call of the program (virtual) or hardware panel following by means of clicking of the corresponding button. A system announces visitors calls using information displays and a sound gong, also voice call is possible.

Thus, implementation of an electronic queue of MAXIM provides:

  1. creation and maintenance of corporate standards in the field of business process automation and quality improvement of service;
  2. comfortable and confidential service of each visitor;
  3. work of the operator without derivation on third-party irritants (lack of accumulation of visitors about a window);
  4. the optimal and thought-over creation of an algorithm of actions of the visitor and service staff;
  5. priority service of preferential categories of visitors (in certain cases when setting in queue identification using readers of magnetic and proximity cards, input of the special code, etc. is used);
  6. a possibility of suspension of work of the operator on lunch and technology breaks, the work which is not connected with customer service, etc.;
  7. a possibility of a call of the visitor who passed the queue repeatedly (some time).


Besides the e-queue system of MAXIM allows to create statistic reports in the set time frame: on work of operators, statistics of calls, the time spent in the list of waiting, holding time and also the user reports with the set set of parameters using the special report generator. All received reports can be saved in the Excel format and to configure automatic sending by e-mail.
