Integration with Webiomed

The "End-to-end Medical Information Systems" company (K-MIS) and Amediko company (the creator of the Medarkhiv platform) announced on October 23, 2018 agreement signature about cooperation and joint promotion of projects in digital health care.

Within the agreement integration of software products will be made for automation of health care of K-MIS and the platform of remote monitoring "Medarkhiv". The first purpose is embedding of support system of adoption of medical solutions of Webiomed developed by K-MIS in the mobile applications of "Medarkhiv" used by patients and doctors during remote monitoring.

As a result of integration of the company are going to offer the market several services for digital transformation of health care and improvement of care of patients of own health. At the same time data will be transferred not just between software products, but also to be analyzed in real time by artificial intelligence regarding risks assessment of development of a disease.

The basic solution which the companies will advance is the platform of remote monitoring of patients "Medarkhiv" working together with Webiomed service. Patients will be given an opportunity of free use of the developed mobile application using which they can enter marks about a status of the health, automatically transfer data from wearable devices and receive assessment of these data in real time, including with permanent monitoring of health and risks assessment. Data from mobile application will accumulate in a single platform and to be transferred in the long term to the integrated electronic card of the patient in a regional medical information system.

Doctors from the jobs will be able to see these data and also to receive the automated notifications if with health of the patient something goes not so or the artificial intelligence will reveal signs of deterioration in health of the patient or dangerous deviations from regulations. In this case attending physicians will be able to show an active role in correction of a situation, and patients — to consult with the doctor online.

Both companies hope that such offer will help them to deepen and develop, on the one hand, the specialization, with another — to enrich software products and to offer regional customers and the separate medical organizations services which will help to fight against the started forms of chronic diseases, to identify them at earlier stage and by that it is better to care for health of patients.

Representation of Medarkhiv service

On September 20, 2018 it became known that the Amediko company provided Medarkhiv service which allows the doctor to monitor in real time changes of physiological indicators of the patients — temperature, AD, pulse, KTG, ChSS, sugar level in blood, creatinine, etc. A system instantly reacts to a deviation of indicators of the patient from individual regulation, notifying on it the doctor.

Physiological indicators come to service or automatically from personal devices of telemonitoring, or are entered by the patient manually. For September, 2018 about 20 parameters are traced. Additional are added proceeding from needs of the doctor and medical institution.

Our service is intended first of all for those patients who need continuous observation of the doctor. These are pregnant women, diabetics, cardio parients, patients with different chronic diseases. It should be noted that now the Russian telemedicine services are first of all video consultations for primary acceptances. So the patient is advised by the unfamiliar doctor. And it creates difficulties — both in diagnosis, and in the value of similar service for the patient. In service the module of remote consultations allowing the patient to address directly as the doctor works. A system reminds the patient both of measurement of indicators, and of the next acceptance of medicines. As practice showed, it sharply increases commitment of patients to treatment as the patient, first, does not forget to take medicine in vanity of the working day, and secondly understands that the doctor controls it, and tries to follow strictly registered course of treatment.

At the beginning of 2018 the service of remote monitoring "Medarkhiv" successfully underwent piloting in medical institutions of the Moscow region and was highly appreciated from heads of the region, and the most important — from doctors, daily helping them with work with patients. Since July, 2018 operation of service in Kazakhstan where it is used for remote maintenance of diabetics began.
