The mobile platform Veterinary science — the complete technological solution for agriculture.
On August 4, 2017 MegaFon presented the complete solution for agriculture the mobile platform "Veterinary science". The product will help to conform to requirements of the law — the staff of the public veterinary services will be able to make out and issue the veterinary accompanying documentation in electronic form.
As a part of the Veterinary science platform:
- the tablet connected to the mobile Internet. Now the veterinarian is not tied to a certain workplace, the diagram and paper documents. The employee can organize the mobile workplace, anywhere, and is free move.
- the special mobile application integrated with the Automated system of Rosselkhoznadzor "Mercury". A system allows to keep account of owners of animals, dynamics of a livestock, statistics of livestock premises, arrival and a consumption of veterinary medicines and also to automatically create reports on different parameters. Using mobile application the veterinarian will be able to create the accompanying documentation which will be automatically loaded into a system. Information transfer is regulated — MegaFon and Rosselkhoznadzor signed the agreement on information exchange.
- the training video and access to webinars by means of which MegaFon will help employees of managements to learn to work with the solution quickly. In turn, it will reduce labor, material and finance costs.
Today in Russia there are about 85 veterinary managements which daily issue about 350 thousand veterinary certificates. The solution of MegaFon not only will reduce time for execution of documentation, but also will increase safety of domestic meat production, will allow to control the outbreaks of diseases and to keep statistics of the granted certificates. In addition, the problem of unauthorized evacuation of animals which often leads to spread of viruses, mass slaughter of animals and as to result, rise in price of meat products for 5-10% will be solved.
