Functionality of a system
For March, 2015:
- Inventory control: an unlimited number of warehouses, strict lot-based accounting, arrival, a goods expense, internal transfer, the supplier order, the request from the buyer, audits and inventories, the autoorder and inventory management.
- Trade: an unlimited number of the account prices, the dependent account prices, the delivery agreement and shipment, specifications of suppliers and buyers, different options of purpose of the account prices, discounts and margins in agreements, certificates, retrobonuses.
- Retail network: integration with a retail store equipment, a fiscal registrar "shtrikh-FR", trade scales of DIGI, scanners of barcodes, data collection terminals, discount cards (including accumulative), actions, "Tasty hour", automatic accounting of a packaging container.
- Production: calculation cards, acts of production, substitutes and archetypes, cost value on FIFO, the order for production and process charts. In the program automation of difficult multishop chains of production is possible.
- Finance: an unlimited number of legal entities in holding, an unlimited number of accounts at each firm, debt on a consignment and implementation, collection, the payment schedule, the movement of money on accounts, requests for financing and budgeting.
- Analytics: about 100 built-in reports, the designer of reports and also the unique business analysis tool (the user report generator with a possibility of creation of pivot tables).
For March, 2015 in development there are modules "Logistics", "CRM", "Office-work" and also "Resource management and tasks".
Original model of use
"Business automation" offers the clients model of relationship, unique for the market. For a subscription fee the client acquires the right to demand from the developer new functionality in the program and also receives the functionality ordered by other clients. Knowledge sharing between market participants turns out, and the program accumulates in itself the best practices.
