Microsoft BASIC — one of the first products of Microsoft company. The first version of Microsoft BASIC was released in 1975 for MITS Altair 8800 computers. The Altair BASIC interpreter was developed by Bill Gates and Paul Allen using the self-made program simulator of Intel 8080 started on PDP-10 microcomputer.
