On May 19, 2020 Microsoft announced start of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare — a cloud platform for the organizations in the field of health care.

In this case he turns on Microsoft 365 Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure, including Azure IoT for data collection from devices of monitoring of patients.
According to the description on the official site, the platform will help to make more individual approach to treatment of patients, will increase efficiency of data exchange between the patient and the organization of health care and between its separate commands, will help to increase efficiency of treatment due to data analysis, will improve data availability and also will help to protect them and to meet regulatory standards.
Using Cloud for Healthcare, for example, it is possible to configure the chat-bot which will ask the patient preliminary questions of his status on the website of the organization. This chat a bot should be configured by the health worker. Then the chat-bot can redirect the user on the employee of registry who can appoint to the patient the virtual consultation which is also carried out based on the platform.
