Microsoft DreamSpark

DreamSpark is the program of free access to students and graduate students to tools and software of Microsoft corporation, for development and design.

The program was announced by Bill Gates on February 18, 2008.

Initially the program extended to pupils of universities. As of March 22, 2014 it is expanded on pupils of high school and teachers.

Availability

To get access to products, the student's or postgraduate status is necessary, or the pupil of educational institutions of a system of secondary education to be more senior than 12 years. In the territory of the Russian Federation four methods of confirmation of the status work:

• Verification by the ISIC card.
• Manual verification on the scanned image or the photo of the student ID card or the postgraduate certificate on the Russian website of the program
• Verification based on the Live@EDU program
• Registration of educational institution of a system of secondary education by his representative.
