On September 28, 2020 the Corel company announced that the development team of MindManager expanded the packet of instruments of visualization developed for promotion of projects, plans and workflows from the concept to implementation. Are included MindManager for Microsoft Teams and MindManager Windows 21 which stimulate command performance in structure of a packet, create optimal conditions for joint work and support the necessary level of coordination for more informed decision making.

MindManager Windows 21

Often work of commands is complicated by separation of data and also insufficient awareness on activity of colleagues. The low level of coordination can become the reason of the revolving projects, inefficient communication and the broken strategy and plans. With tools for systematization of data, submission of information and tracking of progress of projects the packet of MindManager provides conditions for uninterrupted joint work and communication. According to the company, owners of a subscription of MindManager Enterprise receive a packet of the products MindManager, including instruments of visualization which increase performance and support joint work:

• Windows 21 MindManager. The improved possibilities of visualization will help to transform the available data to charts.
• MindManager for Mac 13. It is possible to use functions of systematization of information.
• MindManager for Microsoft Teams. Using this application it is possible to edit cards, to manage dashboards of the working groups and to adhere to the diagram of accomplishment of assigned tasks — directly in Microsoft Teams.
• MindManager Snap. Includes instant pictures of images, links and other materials, functions of receiving and distribution of the recorded content between user groups via the desktop application, the Chrome browser or mobile devices.
• Mobile application for viewing MindManager Go. Functions of filtering and search (now with support of the multi-user MindManager Snap mode) allow to concentrate on key subjects of the project. Available to iOS and Android.
• Co-Editing (only on Windows). It is possible to organize the cloud conferences held in real time which participants can join meetings from Windows and Mac computers. At the same time access to a working session to Co-Editing to the invited users does not require the license MindManager.

MindManager of Windows 21 is integrated with the platforms demanded for September, 2020 in a business environment and the software.

Updates allow to centralize an information flow and to consolidate collective knowledge and experience:

• Import and export files (storages), including OneDrive Google Drive SharePoint, Box and Dropbox for export and import of files of any supported type and also Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Microsoft Word Export. The procedure of export to Word (needlessly) contains additional settings in installation of the native Word application.

• Forms of objects. Standard industry forms, such as block arrows, chevrons, parallelograms and trapezes, will help to enhance efficiency of submission of information in charts.

MindManager of Windows 21 is the updated MindManager packet component. The product is available in the Russian, English, Spanish, Chinese, German, Netherlands, French and Japanese languages in a format of the perpetual license or a subscription. The subscription includes access to all products of the line of MindManager for Windows.

For September, 2020 MindManager for Microsoft Teams is available to clients of Enterprise in a format of direct loading.

Are also MindManager of Windows 21, MindManager for Mac 13, MindManager Reader (Windows/Mac) a part of MindManager Enterprise and the MindManager Server application for SharePoint. Available to the working groups of 5 and more employees, MindManager Enterprise offers the procedure of administrative installation and provides integration with Microsoft Office, Project and SharePoint. Functions of control over the changes made to content provide protection of the confidential information which is contained in cards.

2018: MindManager 2019

On September 28, 2018 the company Corel announced release of MindManager 2019 for Windows. According to the company, MindManager 2019 for Windows opens before individual business specialists and the whole organizations of a way of overcoming borders of visible opportunities in the field of creativity, communication and realization of goals in work and business. One of solutions, available for September, 2018, for visualization information contains a set of functions. This list includes the rules SmartRules for automation of workflows, Intellectual forms for addition, refining and expansion of information structures and also browse modes for icons and tags which provide possibilities of comprehensive consideration both separate projects, and working dynamics in general.

According to representatives of the company, MindManager 2019 gives to the organizations opportunities in the field of identification of the hidden opportunities, data integration, consolidation of team efforts and stimulation of productivity of work for achievement of results in terms.

• SmartRules of the Rule SmartRules - allow to make automatically changes not only to appearance of subjects, but also to information. It is reached by means of creation of the rules intended for change of icons, tags and properties and also markers of progress and priorities. Changes are made based on specific triggers. Such approach allows to reduce quantity of the repeating tasks and gives the chance not only to browse, but also to stimulate and accelerate workflows.

• Objects and Intellectual forms - allow to supplement, specify and expand content of cards of MindManager. • Templates - at choice are provided 15 next templates, including a kanban board, funnels and matrixes, cards of a free form, the schedule and so forth.

• Design subjects - more than 40 visual subjects contain fresh color shades and modern fonts. Transformation of appearance, tone and mood of any card is executed literally by one click. The simple procedure of switching between subjects allows to influence different categories of the audience.
