2016: Inclusion in the Register of the Russian software

In November, 2016 Mirapolis (enters into Softline group as one of the portfolio Softline Venture Partners projects) announced that the solution Mirapolis Human Capital Management (HCM) on complex automation of HR processes is entered in the Unified register of the Russian software (The order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications from No. 538 of 11/8/2016).

2013: Functionality of Mirapolis HCM

A HCM system comprises modules for process automation of human resources management. Among them – training management, knowledge, talents; selection and adaptation of personnel; personel assessment on competences/purposes/tasks; remunerations and compensations; analytics; organizational management, etc.

The created solution is constructed on use of the technology and model which is initially focused on SaaS. It allowed to use the tools and methods significantly reducing productive and, respectively, economic costs. A system has modular structure that attracts interest of the companies needing the solution of separate tasks.

The platform combines:

  • full-function cloud HCM system of level of the international market leaders;
  • the scalable cloud software platform open for development and completion by third-party developers directly in a cloud.
