2020: Solution description Mobile TRIM

For March, 2020 the solution "Mobile TRIM" belongs to the class FSM (Field Service Management, management of service maintenance in field conditions). A basis of the solution is the module TRIM-Mobile which allows to use mobile devices at equipment bypasses. It is necessary to repair and emergency crews, service engineers, technical inspectors, inspectors, linear working and to another who execute the duties directly in a production zone.

The module gives the chance to work in the TRIM system during equipment bypasses, being in a production zone, as in the presence of direct (on-line) connection with the server of data, the application server and with jobs of corporate network TRIM, and at its absence (off-line).

For work with the module devices which such employees can always have near at hand — the personal digital assistants (PDA), smartphones, communicators, mobile terminals of data collection, etc. are used. It is possible to work with the module using the built-in interface which is available on the corresponding mobile device.

For work in off-line on each mobile device the local data warehouse on the equipment (it is unloaded from an asset management system) and also the module is established. Further the module works with these data independently. While such mobile device appears in the place where there is a direct ("on-line") connection with servers or jobs of the TRIM system, at the command of the user it is possible to execute data exchange between local storage on the mobile device and the database of the TRIM system. Also such exchange can be executed using direct coupling of the mobile device via the USB interface with the computer having access to the TRIM system.

For this purpose the module "TRIM Mobile client" has two components:

• mobile application which is installed on mobile devices and provides accomplishment of functions of the module "TRIM Mobile client",
• the module of data exchange which is installed on servers or jobs of TRIM network and provides data exchange with mobile devices.
