2024: High results after two years of exploitation

In early May 2024, the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization (ANO) "Center for Strategic Support of Domestic Technologies" announced the successful use of the so-called "eternal road surface." We are talking about the technology of self-cleaning material "Mostovaya 2.0."

This decision, as noted, is able to replace asphalt and paving slabs. This is a self-cleaning nature-like coating with the ability to integrate engineering networks, including utilities and electrical highways, heating equipment, parking sensors, etc. Installation and repair of the coating can be carried out year-round without the need to use heavy special equipment. The material is resistant to dynamic, vibration and other loads.

Mostovaya 2.0 coating was operated for two years. The material is said to have survived two winters unchanged. The pavement for convenience for transport does not differ from asphalt.

The advantage of our coating is that it has more functionality, ease of laying and repair, work is carried out faster and does not require bitumen and heating of laying. Also, the coating does not leave carbon traces, cracks and holes do not form on it, and the road is always dry and clean, "says project leader Pavel Shapovalov.

The technology makes it possible to create porous, water-resistant and liquid-permeable products. Among the advantages of the material are the reduction of operating costs for the maintenance of the road surface and infrastructure, as well as the acceleration of the construction and repair of roads and sidewalks. In addition, the volume of dust and dirt on the highways is reduced. High cleaning speed is provided. It is also said that the project may be of interest to countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.^[1]
