- Service of voice mail allows to accept an unlimited number of messages and to notify addressees on their emergence and also has the convenient system of sorting, storage, search and listening.
- A system tapes telephone conversation all and saves records in a format of sound files and allows to run for search in date, time, directory number and other parameters.
- The Mototelecom™ Auto attendant program has ability to integrate with databases (An Active Directory, MySQL, Firebird, DBF, etc.) and CRM/ERP systems, by means of ADO/ODBC technology.
- Detailed reports form in the form of tables or diagrams and allow to obtain various statistical numeric and qualitative data by the set parameters.
