2026: Mobile SMB Version
The part-time service near the house "My Change" (Verme Group of Companies) has launched a mobile version for customers. The app started working at the end of 2025 and shows a monthly audience growth of an average of 35%. The product is aimed primarily at representatives of small and medium-sized businesses who need temporary staff. The developer announced this on March 16, 2026.
My Change works with large customers through the desktop version. In turn, the mobile application has simplified the path from the need for personnel to the retirement of the self-employed. This allowed the service to enter the segment of small and medium-sized businesses, where the possibility of operational business management is of great importance.
The whole process has been reduced to several steps: the customer registers in the application, accepts an accepted offer, pays for the service and places a shift order. As a rule, the performer's output takes 24 hours, but if necessary, the shift can be closed in the format "day to day."
For March 2026, the mobile version is designed for customers from small and medium-sized businesses, for example, small franchisees in retail, logistics and HoReCa. Most often, such companies are looking for temporary performers in the positions of trading floor workers, consultants, loaders, handymen, warehouse employees (pickers, pickers, markers), as well as cleaners and assistants to the kitchen in catering establishments.
The mobile application implements a rating system for performers and the ability to add them to the list of favorites. Thanks to this, the business can form a pool of proven performers and work with those who have already proven themselves. When placing new shifts, notifications are received by favorite performers, and only if they are not available, the shift opens to other users. An additional quality control tool is the shift arbitration system. With its help, entrepreneurs can record the result of the work done and protect their interests in controversial situations.
For the self-employed, the functionality of the service remains the same. In the mobile version, they also see changes from all customers, including large customers, who leave applications through the desktop version.
{{quote 'The labor market is undergoing structural changes. Everyone feels a shortage of personnel, but for small and medium-sized businesses the problem is sharper. Most often, they do not have the resources to quickly search for a replacement if the employee has not come to the shift, and any downtime means loss of revenue. At the same time, the independent search for temporary personnel is more expensive than working through the platform, since companies spend time and money on the selection, verification and registration of people. The platform model opens up access to verified performers exactly when they are needed, and helps the business flexibly manage the cost of personnel, "said Angelina Dyachenko, head of sales in the small and medium-sized business segment of My Shift (Verme Group of Companies). }}
2023: Application of Beorg Smart Vision AI Technology
Thanks to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, users of the My Change platform - applications for quickly finding part-time jobs near home - can register an account up to 20 times faster and switch to stores of large retail chains. To do this, you need to download your passport and medical book. The documents are recognized and checked by the AI technology Beorg Smart Vision from the Russian company Biorg. Thanks to the solution, you no longer need to enter data manually, and retail chains gain confidence in the authenticity of documents of temporary executors. Beorg announced this on August 29, 2023.
Self-employed users of "My Shift" can find a part-time job near the house, and receive payment the very next day. To confirm the account and the right to earn extra money in grocery retail, the applicant needs to download the TIN, as well as photos of the passport and medical book taken on the camera of a regular smartphone.
Automatic recognition and verification of documents based on AI technology Beorg Smart Vision reduces the time to work for the self-employed by up to 20 times: up to 15-40 minutes instead of several hours or even a day. AI embedded in the application recognizes thousands of user documents every month.
Biorg assumes responsibility for the processing and storage of personal data. Since 2017, the company has been included in the list of registered operators of personal data processing and is carrying out large state projects to digitize documents containing, among other things, information about citizens of the Russian Federation. Biorg provides information security through its own depersonalization (data fragmentation) and encryption technologies according to GOST standards. Up to 5 million fields with data are processed monthly on the platform, which are contained in passports, work books, sets of personnel documents and loan applications.
| The Beorg Smart Vision platform is a Russian corporate service for automatic digitization with high quality of any type of documents, including technical and handwritten ones. There is no need to double-check for our system, since it does it itself. The core of the technology is a neural network module that we have been continuously training on a large sample of data since 2017. We also carry out the marking of arrays for training neural networks ourselves thanks to the crowdsourcing module of our development. This is a secure cloud platform, where thousands of remotely working operators check the values in the processing of which AI made an inaccuracy: people make edits, and thus train the neural network in 24Kh7 mode. Operators do not have access to personal data, receiving information only fragmentally, "said Ilya Bystrov, manager of the development and customer relations department at Biorg. |
Thanks to the Beorg Smart Vision cloud solution based on artificial intelligence technology, the load on processing large document streams is reduced from 2 to 10 times, and the impact of the human factor on data quality disappears. The platform has fault tolerance even during peak load periods. Document recognition can be combined with checking for legal significance and normalizing the extracted data - for example, bringing addresses to Federal Information Address System formats. In some cases, calling and additional checks can be connected through the crowdsourcing part of the platform.
