2026: Use in Integrating N3.Health with EMIAS MO

The company ElNetMed"" completed integration platforms N3.Health Unified medical information and analytical system from the Moscow region (EMIAS MO). N3.Health acts as the official operator. 2025: Ability to transfer data to regional MISs

On May 21, 2025, ElnetMed introduced an update to the N3.Health Integrated Electronic Medical Card (IEMK) service. The solution intended for private medical organizations now allows not only to register documents in the federal segment of the Uniform State Health Information System through the N3.Health platform, but also to automatically transfer them to regional information systems. This is especially important for clinics that need to generate reports within the compulsory medical insurance system.

For medical institutions operating in the compulsory health insurance system, the transfer of information to regional GIS is a prerequisite. Previously, it was necessary to configure additional integration points, which required additional resources from medical organizations and developers of medical information systems for integration and its further support.

The IEMC N3.Health update allows clinics to meet licensing requirements, automate data transfer to regional GIS without additional integrations, and reduce the cost of supporting multiple connections. To do this, it is enough that the medical information system of the institution supports the transfer of data to the Uniform State Health Information System in accordance with the API N3.Health IEMK.

This functionality was promptly developed in response to requests from clients and partners - private medical organizations and developers of medical information systems. The reason for the revision was the increasing requirements of the regions on the need to upload data within the framework of the compulsory medical insurance system.
