Information ecosystems of the medical organizations as in Russia, and around the world include a set of solutions: electronic medical records, radiological, laboratory, personnel, accounting and other systems. Often they are implemented at different times and are products of several developers therefore the medical organizations inevitably are faced the need of integration for effective work of the organizations and also for establishing interaction with patients and partners.
Foreign colleagues show interest our practices. Many European specialists, for example, the architects of the medical systems working at the national level, and CIO of the leading hospitals positively speak of the technologies used by Netrikaya, architecture of solutions and amounts of data with which we work. |
Components of the integration N3.Healthcare platform will help the medical organizations to improve internal work with electronic medical records, to create a single system of authorization for medical personnel and to create the uniform terminology applied in all information systems in clinic or hospital.
Use of the module N3.Data security will help to provide flexible management with policy of data access, including to create the portal of access on which each patient will have an opportunity to browse only the medical data. Besides, the solutions "Netriki" will allow to provide access to the entrusted partners on the basis of XACML technologies.
All integration will be carried out based on the international standard of exchange of clinical information of HL7 FHIR applied in health care systems worldwide. Use of the FHIR specification will allow to make information systems of the medical organizations compatible to partners — the laboratories specialized by the centers, family doctors and services of emergency aid. It will save the organizations from need every time to carry out point integration with each specific partner.
