2020: Development of microcontroller 5549TKO
Specialists of JSC NIIME (enters into Element Group) within the import substitution program developed the 64-bit microcontroller based on a 64-bit core of NE64RV. The company reported about it on December 23, 2020.
The microcontroller has the increased performance due to 64-bit architecture when preserving of the small space occupied by a crystal on a plate. The microcontroller includes a 64-bit core of architecture of RISC-V, the controller for access to external SPI-flash of memory, once programmable memory on the basis of the antifuse elements, standard interfaces of microcontrollers (UART, GPIO), the JTAG interface for loading and debugging of the software, timers of general purpose, etc.
The microcontroller can be used in the protected devices of Internet of Things, telecom industry, in electronics and devices of home appliances in which it is used electronic management systems and control, devices of the class smart home.
Development of Internet of Things is one of the main drivers of the world hi-tech market. At the same time for ensuring technology independence and information security of national projects in the field of Internet of Things it is necessary not only to use as much as possible domestic component base, but also to provide with own developments its availability to the Russian producers of IoT-devices. Our microcontrollers will replace import chips in a big range of the built-in systems, including on objects of critical infrastructure and also will give the chance to the Russian developers to use the entrusted domestic solutions. |
