2018: Announcement of products

In June, 2018 the GE Healthcare company provided a series of the GE NM 800 KT-scanners and the PET new configuration / KT-skanera to Discovery MI.

Discovery MI is available in a configuration now with five rings which provide ultrahigh sensitivity that allows clinical physicians to conduct a research three times faster or to use only a third of a normal dose of radiopharmaceutical. A system is also characterized by the improved volume permission, thanking what there is possible a detection of small damages.

Line of the GE NM 800 KT-scanners

A new series of the GE NM 800 KT-scanners include the models NM 830, NM/CT 850, NM/CT 860, NM/CT 860 DR, NM/CT 870 CZT and the Xeleris workstation 4 DR. of NM 830 - the SPECT system which can be upgraded to a hybrid system with the SwiftScan Planar and SwiftScan SPECT tools. They allow to reveal the small centers of defeat without additional time expenditure that is extremely important at visualization of malignant new growths and metastases. Besides, these tools allow to reduce time of image capture or a dose of radiation for 25%.

NM/CT 850 is developed especially for work with low radiation doses; the device is supplied with the SwiftScan Planar and SwiftScan SPECT tools, and adding of Q.Volumetrix MI allows to estimate in what volume the struck fabric absorbs marked isotopes radiopharmaceutical. NM/CT 860 is the improved version of NM/CT 850; it can be used as the independent KT-device.

NM/CT 870 DR is equipped with the SmartConsole, SwiftScan Planar, SwiftScan SPECT and Q.Volumetrix MI tools and has additional benefits – for example, is capable to carry out the necessary volume of scanning of all for half a second while the patient holds the breath.

The sensitivity of NM/CT 870 CZT is 58% higher, than at digital KT-scanners of first generation. It can carry out scanning of all body less than in four minutes with image acquisition of very high resolution. NM/CT 870 CZT is also equipped with SmartConsole and^[1]
