Accounting and control of execution of documents – a basis of an electronic document management system.

A system has simple and the intuitive interface:

  • registration cards of all document types.
  • simple and functional interfaces of work with the document list (both archive, and flowing).
  • clear movement of the document on document flow process, tracking of the status and the history of actions over the document.
  • control of correct filling of information.


The software package "UKID" helps to automate office-work processes:

  • Differentiation of access rights to the entering / outgoing documents on departments, on departments and contractors
  • Registration of the entering / outgoing correspondence: assignment of number, setting on control
  • Barcode printing on the registered entering / outgoing correspondence
  • Creation of electronic registration cards by all types of correspondence
  • Formation of the electronic resolution on the document
  • Electronic mailing of the document according to the electronic resolution.
  • The notification about receipt of the document to the main contractor on execution.
  • Stream scanning of the entering / outgoing documents with automatic attachment of images to a document card on a barcode
  • Automatic preserving of images of the entering / outgoing correspondence in electronic archive.
  • Bringing to the final contractor of the document with a possibility of viewing an electronic image of the document from SRC of the document in a workplace.
  • Control of course of execution of the document directly from a card of the main contractor.
  • Acceptance and processing of incoming correspondence in department with use a stroke scanner.
  • Formation of reporting data on control of execution of documents
  • Formation of outgoing letters using templates
  • Acceptance of incoming correspondence on communication channels MEDO and EPGU
