Naumen Business Intelligence (NauBI) is the information and analytical solution on operating control and support of acceptance of management decisions.

A system is intended for the comprehensive analysis of the business data received from external sources of information. NauBI integrates the data obtained from different sources, processes them and provides a user-friendly interface for comprehensive study and assessment of the received results. A system provides information support of acceptance of strategic decisions and operational control of maintenance of processes.

Monitoring of indicators of financial planning and assessment of effectiveness allows to pass the decision, to increase management efficiency. Access to up-to-date analytical and statistical information of implementation of processes in real time from any available device is supported.

NauBI solves the following problems:

  • providing up-to-date analytical and statistical information at all stages of the considered process;
  • ensuring informative and evident data view for the fast analysis of the current situation;
  • providing the analysis to the user of tools for decision support;
  • providing online access to information at any time and in any place.

At data acquisition for the analysis NauBI can interact with different information systems. Data retrieveds are used for creation of the tabular and graphic reports allowing to carry out the analysis of necessary processes. For a software package the data integration mechanism with external information systems is implemented. Any system, data from which will be loaded in the automated mode by means of ETL means, can act as a source of information coming to a system.

For descriptive reasons and conveniences of the analysis are provided in NauBI different opportunities of data view:

  • on dashboards in a format of diagrams, indicators, scales;
  • in the summary and detailing tables;
  • in the form of graphs and charts of communications of objects.

2016: Inclusion in the Register of domestic software

In September, 2016 the NauBI software product is registered in Register of the domestic software (Reg.No. 2098, Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia Order No. 538 of 11/8/2016).
