Naumen CRM provides the solution of the following tasks:

• operational maintaining the customer base, including a possibility of grouping of clients by any amount of any attributes;
• creation of uniform reference books at the level of the company, creation on their basis of a convenient system of collecting of diverse data on the client;
• planning and work on each client with a possibility of appointment of responsible managers at the level of events – meetings, phone calls, addresses by e-mail and so forth;
• support of holding mass actions: presentations, questioning of potential clients, mass call-down of clients;
• formation of target groups for mailing, support of templates of e-mails of any complexity, carrying out mailing directly from a system;
• maintaining history of the relations with the client, from the history of orders to the history of involvement of personnel for work on the client's requests;
• signing of the contracts with clients and their accomplishment: automatic formation of cost of the contract on the basis of requests and customer orders, control of accomplishment of all stages of works on the client, planning and accounting of all payments under contracts;
• the organization of participation of the client in the course of order fulfillment: any client representative can have access to a system, control execution of works, lift problems;
• analysis of sales process: formation of different reports on clients, contracts and dynamics of sales.

System architecture

A system is implemented in the three-level architecture consisting of the following components:

• the database server performing data storage and allowing to scale a system in case of growth of load of it (DBMS Oracle 10g, Microsoft SQL 2005, PostgreSQL 8.2.5 can be used above);
• the application server with the built-in Web server implementing business logic of work with data and also flexibly scalable;
• the client place of the user work with which by the machine of the user requires existence of the web browser (thin client), is suitable for display of the system interface Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and other browsers.
