Navicon Asset Management for Agro Asset management of HSC

The Navicon system integrator in May, 2017 announced the complete analytical solution for optimization of technical support and repairs in the agroindustry. A system on the IBM ILOG and IBM Maximo platforms uses instruments of mathematical modeling that on the basis of data on a current status of the equipment to predict its possible wear and timely to plan works on maintenance and repair (MRO).

The solution is created for the companies of the Russian agricultural sector needing smooth operation of the equipment. Costs of the Russian productions for service and repairs of the equipment and management of production assets increase annually. To plan maintenance expenses of the equipment it is the most effective, it is necessary to understand what machines can be released in the field for what it is worth ordering parts and to plan repair as soon as possible and what equipment needs to be repaired right now.

The complete solution developed by Navicon is suitable for planning and the organization of works on maintenance and repair (MRO) of the equipment of the agroenterprises. According to the results of data storage and condition monitoring of the equipment, a system creates the repair schedule taking into account wear of the equipment and the production schedule.

The solution is developed based on the IBM Maximo and IBM ILOG platforms. The enterprise asset management system on IBM Maximo automates processes of condition monitoring of production assets, planning of budgets, resources (Inventories, or materials and spare parts and also human resources) for works on a MRO, their scheduling and tracking of execution. In addition, a system allows to plan purchases of materials and spare parts under works of a MRO taking into account the current remaining balance in warehouses. In warehouses the necessary minimum remaining balance of parts is constantly supported that leads to economy of waiting time of delivery of Inventories. IBM ILOG, in turn, allows to optimize the diagram of repairs during the "hot" period of accomplishment of field works, having constructed it so that "derivation" of the equipment was minimum on duration.

As a result of implementation the company receives a convenient planning tool of budgets on a MRO and control of their execution, ensuring works as necessary resources and in necessary time and also optimization of use of resources on maintenance.
