NetSuite CRM is a complex program business product which allows large and fast-growing medium-sized companies to manage all key business processes in the single integrated system which includes managerial and tax accounting / planning of internal resources of the enterprise (ERP), a customer relationship management system (CRM) and all tools for work of the website and e-commerce (Ecommerce).
The used technologies
All products NetSuite are based on the principles of "SaaS". In other words - extend on the principles of lease. In case of NetSuite - it is annual payment which covers not only the cost of use of a system, but also all range of related services: automatic update on new versions, automatic transfer of completions on new versions, data backup in the online mode with a possibility of recovery of a status at any o'clock within a day, daily backup with long-term storage, duplication of data at the level of servers and data centers, a guarantee on recovery of the failed equipment within 5-20 minutes, use of the 128-bit SSL protocol for data encryption.
As data of clients and a CRM system are located not on the equipment of the client and in specialized data center of Level 3 Communications company, access to it is possible only via the Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome). It also means that the customer has no initial costs for system deployment - servers and the associated equipment are not necessary, licenses for DBMS are not necessary, there is no need for the additional IT specialists supporting all this equipment in working order. Requirements to computers of users are also absent - any operating system allowing to start one of the above-named browsers, and any computer.
Functionality
NetSuite CRM contains all necessary functionality on customer relationship management and includes such conventional components of CRM as Sales management, Management of marketing, Service and a customer support. In addition to standard functionality NetSuite CRM includes:
- Possibility of a hosting of the website of the customer. The framework of the website is created from NetSuite CRM, all materials and forms posted on the similar website automatically communicate other system modules.
- The client portal via which clients can make out orders, obtain information placed for them, ask questions, etc.
- Functionality of a corporate portal. Each employee working in a system can send e-mail from NetSuite CRM, register and plan calls/case/event. All this is automatically displayed in personal calendars of employees. At event scheduling involvement not only of employees, but also clients is possible.
In addition to the above-stated opportunities NetSuite CRM allows to work with partners/dealers/agents. In NetSuite CRM there is a partner portal. Using this portal partners/dealers/agents get access to file storage, can register potential clients and plan joint work, can make out orders both for themselves, and for the clients.
NetSuite CRM contains the following add-on modules expanding functionality:
- Processing of customer complaints
- Management of the commissions
- Expanded tracking of projects
- Designer of the website
- Analytics of the website
NetSuite CRM system expanded. There are tools allowing to create new features, procedures and the whole applications in NetSuite. Communication with other applications is possible using web services (online) or smbXML.
The CRM system of NetSuite is available in the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, Russian and Japanese.

In a product line of NetSuite there are not only the CRM system, but also ERP (Resource management of the enterprise). Transition from the CRM system to NetSuite ERP is executed automatically, after surcharge of a difference in the prices. At the same time all settings and completions are also transferred automatically.

Versions of NetSuite CRM
NetSuite CRM is provided in three editions:
- NetSuite CRM Limited is the initial version with restriction on number of users (from 5 to 10) and restriction for number of add-on modules (no more than two). Other restrictions are absent.
- NetSuite Mid Market Edition is the standard version for medium-sized companies.
- NetSuite Enterprise Edition is the version for corporations and holdings, in addition to the standard version including opportunities for work of several legal entities in a single system and the selected copy of DBMS in data center (Tier 3).
