The module of integration AH.VETIS will allow to work in the usual interface of a corporate ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX and to make out electronic veterinary certificates in necessary quantity using the Mercury system.
The module automates processing of electronic veterinary certificates. Thanks to fast installation and setup of the module, the user will make usual actions in a system without separation from the current processes. All transactions are performed in one system, double entry and a factor of human errors is excluded. Time for execution of the veterinary accompanying documentation will be reduced.
The module of integration AH.VETIS allows to update the nomenclature reference information from information systems of Rosselkhoznadzor by means of Vetis.API, to establish connection with objects of the accounting system, to enter new economic entities and production sites and also automates work with veterinary accompanying documents — allows to create and exchange documents with the systems of Rosselkhoznadzor:
2017: Release
On September 5, 2017 the Neti company announced release of the solution on integration of the Vetis system into Microsoft Dynamics AX.
As you know, since January 1, 2018 it will be necessary to process veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form using the specialized Mercury system to all products of animal origin (raw materials, not packed up meat, a bird, fish, dairy products, etc.). It concerns both process of sending, and process product receipt. About it it is said in the Federal law of 7/1/2015 No. 243 "About introduction of amendments to the Act of the Russian Federation "About Veterinary Science"".
"Mercury" is a federal state information system. Allows to trace all product lifecycle and to within the place to call manufacturing company and a method of transportation to shop. The risk of a counterfeit in that case comes down to zero. The software is intended for execution of electronic veterinary accompanying documents and is a part of the federal information system "Vetis" which operator is Rosselkhoznadzor.
For work in the Mercury system the electronic signature is not required. It is only necessary to become authorized (to receive the login and the password). For protection of actions in a system there is an opportunity to set two-factor authentication (an option of double confirmation).
Mercury" provides 2 modes of work:
- via the web interface (ready-made solution):
- The Vetis web interface does not require any technical innovations. All work happens in the web application. But it is necessary to be ready to the fact that for execution of veterinary certificates it is necessary to enter repeatedly all data manually on each position. Positions for input there can be about several thousand. This method does not provide any automated processes on data transfer of the ERP system of the company.
- using the integration solution connected through API:
- API is an open information gateway to which any organization using web services can be connected. API has also 2 options for automatic data exchange: through EDI provider or through own integration scheme. At start of API at the enterprise process of an execution of veterinary certificates is completely automated. But development of own solutions can take up to 5-6 months.
