Neuroniq N-Server

The Neuroniq N-Server software package is the central functionally filled system core. Manages a system operation algorithm in general, provides interaction between modules of the administrator, the booth of registration and operators, manages peripheral equipment — panels of operators and a board for information output, sets parameters of identification of users.

The software of N-Server allows to make setup of the management system for queue (MSQ) Neuroniq according to needs of the customer.

Setup of the list of services

Using the module N-Server it is possible to add or delete service, to set names of the rendered services, to appropriate an alphabetic prefix and a priority, to set the range of customer numbers for each service, to set the schedule of availability of service to the choice by the client, to connect a possibility of advance registration on service, to connect a possibility of the choice by the client of several services, to connect or disconnect the operator to rendering each service. SUO Neuroniq allows to import the list of services from the external database. Assignment to operators of a priority within rendering any service is possible. This opportunity is used when operators often pass into a standby mode of the client. In this case a system will direct the first appeared client to that free operator at whom the priority on service of this service will be higher than the others.

Setup of opportunities of operators

The module N-Server allows to manage access for operators to editing the list of the connected services, to a possibility of a call of the client by number, to redirection of the client in other queue or to movement of the client within the serviced queue. The module N-Server allows to include obligatory authorization of operators in SUO Neuroniq. A system allows to give the statuses to operators. Standard statuses: also "stop" "is ready" (the operator is available to customer service) (the operator is not available to customer service). If necessary it is possible to set the additional user statuses, for example, "lunch", "break", "meeting".

Setup of advance registration

There is an opportunity to set the period for which record will be performed, to define days, available to record, and to set the schedule of work. Also the module N-Server allows to define an interval prior to the beginning of the period of prerecording of rather current time.

Equipment

The module N-Server allows to control the status of the equipment connected to a system: operator consoles, information screens, board of operators. Settings of a system allow to manage parameters of a voice call of the client. For information screens it is possible to set a binding of numbers of the jobs brought to each screen.
