2020: NeuroniQ Stream will provide observance of measures of social distancing

On June 5, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future provided NEURONIQ Stream – the solution for observance of measures of social distancing in shops of retail, pickup locations of online stores, drugstores and other organizations where there are "live" queues.

NEURONIQ Stream

The hardware and software system is intended for ordering of chaotic queue. At the same time the visitor does not need to stand idle in queue: he can depart from the place of accumulation of people, for example, for additional inspection of a trading floor.

Principle of work of NEURONIQ Stream:

1. Using a dispenser, the client receives the coupon with number in queue.

2. The employee of the company notifies by clicking of the button on the panel on readiness to service the following visitor. A system informs the client on a call using a LED board and the sound notification.

The automated system of NEURONIQ STREAM is simple and clear in installation and operation, does not require special training and the additional hardware (the computer, the server). For the network organizations a system can be complemented with a software module of the centralized collecting of statistical information on service process which gives an opportunity far off to trace indicators of activity of branch.

2015: NeuroniQ Stream

The Technologies of the Future company provided in February, 2015 a management system for queue of NeuroniQ Stream which allows to arrange customer service in the organizations which are rendering one service or having zone separation of processes of service on types of service.

The management system for queue is used in trading floors of shops on counters with weight trade, cash zones, the trading companies with the hall of issue of goods, pickup locations of online stores, ticket offices, drugstores and other organizations. Are a part of SUO NeuroniQ Stream:

  • a dispenser with the set software module of NEURONIQ STREAM for obtaining the coupon with sequence number;
  • the boards of jobs showing number of the called client (1-5 jobs);
  • panels of operators for the client's call;
  • device of the sound notification;
  • a system can be complemented with the 3-lower case information screen.

The dispenser of coupons is intended for independent registration of clients in queue. Process of registration is very simple, the client presses the only button on a dispenser and receives the printed coupon with number of queue. Waiting time of a call for service can be used for additional acquaintance with the range of the goods and services offered by the company.

For a call of clients the operator clicks on the panel then on the board set directly near a workplace number invited for customer service appears. The call is followed by a sound signal for drawing attention.

The management system for queue of NeuroniQ Stream is simple in installation, does not require special skills for installation and service, does not require additional setup before start. Any organization can purchase it, independently set and at once begin to use.
