The Petter Service company announced in July, 2011 end of the next stage of development of the solution for the telecom operators providing services of broadband access. In the latests version of specialized software for operators of broadband access the Petter Service company increased degree of compliance to standards 3GPP, including Long Term Evolution (LTE). Operation of the solution national and a number of foreign operators allowed to accumulate considerable experience of integration into the equipment of world leading manufacturers.

Among features of the solution it should be noted already implemented ability to manage service quality (QoS) which means "improvement" of the services provided to the subscriber (increase in speed, for example) and their "deterioration", at the same time quality management of services is available both to the operator, and the subscriber. • an opportunity for the subscriber to prolong action of this or that tariff option until the end of the period if in advance its limit was reached (service "Prolong speed");
• automatic restriction of access rate in the Internet at consumption by the subscriber of extreme volume of the traffic specified in a rate;
• "Turbo button" - online increase in access rate in the Internet for traffic time/volume at the request of the subscriber (the option gives the chance to lift a threshold of restriction of speed for a certain number of MB within one of the connected rates);
• change of a rate depending on change of location of the subscriber (for the mobile Internet).

This functionality allows the operator to bring the most various offers and rates to the market, building marketing policy so that as much as possible to consider preferences of the subscriber.

To timely satisfy need of the subscriber for high-quality services – a paramount task for the telecom operator in the conditions of fierce competition in a segment of services 3G/4G.
