Project logistics

Allows to keep account of the equipment, necessary for project implementation, and materials, to control delivery dates, to optimize warehouse and transportation costs. Also the module allows to be integrated with the warehouse and transport systems of third parties for operational information exchange:

• About a status and completeness of the order.
• About optimal cargo carrier for the created order.
• About a status of cargo delivery.

Works monitoring

Allows to control terms and cost of execution of works on objects of equipping, and also provides the comprehensive information on object of equipping for carrying out independent technical supervision.

At the expense of a possibility of seamless integration of this solution with the solution "Nikfort Call-Center" ample opportunities of use of Call center for monitoring and quality control of execution of works open, and also to organize a hot line both for the Customer, and for the Contractor.

Service maintenance

The module provides the complete information about serial numbers of the equipment supplied within the project and allows to make inventory of the equipment using technologies of barcoding for further setting of the equipment on service maintenance, and also to accept, to consider and trace requests for service repair.

Analytical reports

The module of the reporting provides the exhaustive list of reports for the comprehensive analysis of a situation on projects:

• Reports on project implementation. Display the main KPI on project implementation at the moment and in dynamics with detailing to the region, the manager, object of equipping and stages of works.
• Reports on logistics. Display KPI on supply of equipment on objects of equipping, and also not supplied equipment with planned dates of arrival on a warehouse, shipments and delivery.
• Report on problems. Provides up-to-date information on all registered (both solved, and not solved) to the problems arising in implementation process of the project.

Online integration of reference books and documents with an accounting system of 1C. For effective work of all divisions of the company the universal connector "Nikfort 1C Connector" allowing to synchronize data between the accounting system of 1C and a project management system in real time is used.

Nikfort SharePoint Connector

Integration with storage of documents SharePoint. All created documents (notifications, letters, primary accounting documents) remain in uniform storage on an enterprise portal.

Integration with geoinformation services

On the interactive map the situation on the general course of execution of the project, with detailing on each object of equipping and a possibility of filtering and the KPI display on the interesting cuts is visually displayed.
