Nikfort Media

The solution "Nikfort Media" based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM is developed by Nikfort company and intended for publishing houses. The solution is created based on long-term experiment on system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the publishing companies. Two main units are a part of the solution: work with subscribers and advertizing in editions. The solution provides a common information space for work with clients.

Main functional system modules:

Uniform base:

• Base of subscribers and base of clients. With control and a possibility of consolidation of duplicates.
• The history of work with clients with formalization of the purposes and results of customer interaction.
• Base of the addresses (KLADR).

Module of a subscription for editions:

• Possibility of loading of lists of potential clients for a pro-ring.
• Formation of orders of a subscription for editions. And package drawing of accounts to clients.
• Diversity of payments from clients.
• Package shipment of articles with control of the current balance of the customer (shipment according to registers of orders).
• Mass formation and printing of shipment documents according to registers.
• Accounting of the shipped investments and gifts.

Advertizing sale module:

• Fixing of the editions interesting the client.
• Creation of the request for placement (request for lot). With automatic calculation of the price of placement according to price lists.
• Approval of the request for lot.

• Planning features of placements and receipts.
• Reporting under placements and receipts (plan/fact).
