2025: Introducing a Solution for Practicing Drone Interception in a Virtual Environment

Ninsar (Ninsar), a resident of the Technopark of St. Petersburg, has developed a solution for practicing drone interception in a virtual environment. This was announced by the Technopark of St. Petersburg on November 26, 2025.

The ANTI UAV kinetic drone interception mode is built into the domestic Quadrosim simulator. "ANTI UAV" was created in response to real requests to protect perimeters and infrastructure facilities and allows you to work out a full interception cycle: target detection, guidance, defeat of an attacking UAV in the air. The simulator makes it possible to safely train in a virtual environment.

The ANTI UAV mode is already included in the curriculum of the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy - classes are held at the Technopark of St. Petersburg at the Demopoligon of Russian Vendors, the first training in the mode is at the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation named after Prince Alexander Nevsky, where "ANTI UAVs" are used in classes to counter air threats, the mode is used at the training center of the Archangel UAV in Tuapse to train operators working on coastal infrastructure facilities. This confirms its practical relevance and operational relevance.

With the help of the added mode of the Quadrosim simulator, it becomes possible in the digital environment to work out the skills of drone control during air combat to neutralize the threat. Given that the task of protecting critical facilities needs to be solved right now, we look forward to the fastest possible entry of our resident's product into the market in order to train as many antidron protection operators as possible as soon as possible.
said Oleg Yakimov, General Director of Technopark St. Petersburg.

For our team, this mode is not an abstract development. Some programmers live and work in Kursk and Belgorod, they see with their own eyes how drones attack infrastructure. Therefore, for us, "ANTI UAVs" are a personal contribution to the security of regions that are under pressure from air threats every day,
noted the project manager of Ninsar Yegor Sechinsky.
