Norbit has introduced a business application for working time management - AspectPlan. It is designed for the Bitrix24 platform. You can purchase it in the vendor's marketplace. The company announced this on June 6, 2024.

AspectPlan enhances the capabilities of standard Bitrix systems24. With its help, in a convenient visual format, you can plan a work schedule (functionality is available to both the employee and his managers), as well as divide tasks into parts. The product is designed to meet modern requirements for flexibility and adaptability. It has customizations and role models. This solution will allow domestic companies to quickly implement additional opportunities without the need to invest in specialized WFM systems (Workforce Management, planning and time management system).

AspectThe plan is suitable for employees of different levels and directions. Managers will provide tools for a clear load distribution, provide the ability to identify problem areas and reserve resources, and provide data to monitor the effectiveness of each specialist in the team. Performers will help track plans for a day or week, keep track of tasks and better operate time. At the same time, both of them will be able to significantly save on time management and minimize unnecessary communications, since all statuses and their change are instantly visible in the system.
