Description

Developers announced presence at Power PDF of powerful opportunities for exact conversion of the PDF files to the edited documents Microsoft Office, combinations and collecting of documents from different sources in the uniform PDF document, joint work over files of the PDF format using a set of different tools.

The user interface of the solution Power PDF is similar to the Microsoft Office menu that reduces training time, increases efficiency of use of software, helping users it is easy to pass from processing of texts to the publication PDF.

Advantages

  • Easy assembly and combination of documents. Integrates files, deletes and replaces pages in difficult documents with simple drag and drop by "mouse" (drag-and-drop). Tools are available to users to batch processing and automation of the repeating tasks.

  • Comparison of documents "side by side". Differences between two document revisions are easily defined by means of a comparison option "side by side" which selects differences in the text and a visual design provides the short list of all changes.

  • Commenting and discussion. Possibilities of recognition of a voice of Nuance Dragon Notes are integrated into Power PDF and help users to dictate the text as notes to the PDF files.

  • Simple management of package processes. Processes for automation of creation and conversion of the big PDF documents, drawings "stamps", "watermarks", text recognitions (OCR), editing, inserts or removals of pages and Bates numbers it is possible to configure. To quickly browse 1 thousand and more documents for search of a word or a phrase: social security numbers, accounts, phone numbers, date or e-mail address.

Power PDF is integrated with a number of third-party applications that will help the organizations to build in PDF workflows increasing organizational, functional and working effectiveness: Autonomy Documentum SharePoint and NetDocs. Small offices can be connected to popular cloud resources for joint work, such as Box.net Dropbox Evernote Google Docs, Office 365 and Windows Live SkyDrive.
