Integration with Fair Sign

On August 6, 2019 the OFD.ru company reported that it implemented a possibility of registration of the Client in the system of marking of Fair ZNAK directly in the Personal Account of the Client (PAC) of OFD.ru. Earlier for this purpose it was required to sign the supplementary agreement with OFD.ru on paper – in it permission of the user to transfer of codes of marking in the Fair ZNAK system (TsRPT) was fixed. Then it was necessary to be registered on the website of this system.

According to the company to become the participant of turnover of the marked goods, it is necessary to be registered in the system of marking. Thanks to the updated function Clients of OFD.ru can make in several clicks it directly in LKK now. All codes of marking will be transferred from online cash desk of the entrepreneur to TsRPT after signing of the supplementary agreement in the Personal account of e-document flow. The FLOW – electronic document management systems of OFD.ru. Only the qualified electronic signature (QES) is necessary for signing of the document in a system.

For August, 2019 time registration in the Fair ZNAK system through LKK is available to entrepreneurs and the organizations implementing the marked tobacco products. In process of development of a system of marking, such opportunity will appear also for other commodity groups. Thus, pharmacy chains, shops of footwear, electronics and others will be able to be registered in the Fair ZNAK system through OFD.ru.

For registration it is necessary to enter into LKK in the section Marking, to sign the supplementary agreement on transfer of codes of marking, to fill a short form and to sign its CAP. After this OFD.ru will begin to transfer codes of marking to the Fair ZNAK system.

Besides, the list of cash desks became more informative and contains all useful information which can be required by the client during the work with the cash register equipment: a payment status, the connected services, fullness of FN, the version of FFD, etc. Big changes concerned also the page with detailed information on cash desks: now statistics can be browsed not only for the period, but also on changes, including on revenue, returns, the average check and payment types.

In LK the designer of reports is available to the client of OFD.ru. It is a system using which the user can make the necessary report of parameters necessary to it, create own template or unload the necessary file. Besides, it is possible to configure regular sending reports for e-mail and to control work of cash desks in real time. At the same time exchange of documents with OFD.ru happens through a convenient system electronic documentooborotaedo. FLOW.

The section "Search of the check" allows to find the check by any parameters. To find the necessary document, it is not obligatory to know at what checkout it was created, it is enough to remember the amount or date. The found fiscal document can be sent on e-mail directly from search results.

In the Personal account of OFD.ru the section Marking becomes available to all clients. It will allow sellers of the marked goods to trace an output from turnover of codes of the marked goods implemented through cash desk. On the page it is possible to find any goods by the code, to look at date of its sale and the status in TsRPT.

It is possible to work in the Personal account of the Client of OFD.ru not only from the computer, but also from the smartphone or the tablet – any device which is capable to support steady Internet connection. Besides, for data acquisition about work of cash desks of OFD.ru implemented the free chat-bot in Viber which allows at any time and in any place to obtain all information on operation of the cash register equipment.
