Overboss, not the staff of the company user is engaged in filling of magazines and drawing up reports now. Overboss saves time and is exact in trifles. The report can be unloaded in the printing or edited Excel format form, for further work. Report forms are developed taking into account experience of large construction companies, they are informative and simple for perception.

Access from any device

Interaction with Overboss is possible from any device equipped with Internet connection and the modern browser. Connection is protected by the protocol of enciphering, information is stored on the servers which are physically located in Europe. Access rights to projects and a role of employees in a system are configured, allowing to define accurately zones of the personal responsibility and to provide the high level of security of information.

2013: Module "Executive Documentation"

On November 18, 2013 the OVERBOSS company announced the preparing exit of functional unit of a system - Executive Documentation which is planned for December 1, 2013.

The functionality block Executive documentation solves an important problem - automation of work with acts on survey of the hidden works in construction. In OVERBOSS the general magazine of works, the magazine of incoming inspection of materials is kept, the existence/lack of certificates on materials is noted. Thanks to systematic entering of all data into a system, employees construction kompany can create the act for the hidden work automatically, having made several clicks. One more important stage - formation of registers of acts and certificates.

Maintaining electronic journals, introduction of information allows to create the act on survey of the hidden work in several steps. From "The magazine of works" the line with the corresponding work type is selected, responsible persons are selected from the list, further on clicking of the button the act automatically forms. It can be printed in the form corresponding to RD-11-02-2006, to edit, look and print the certificates attached to it.

Advantage of use of a similar system, that work does not require program installation on the PC, long implementation, purchase of licenses, etc. Only the device with Internet connection is necessary. Thanks to it to exercise control of filling of magazines, so and of the course of construction and supply of materials, it is possible far off.

The functional unit "Executive documentation" began to be used by construction companies since the end of 2013.

Developers expand functionality of service and announce emergence of new opportunities in the first decade of March, 2014. In the OVERBOSS system it will be possible to create acts of survey of responsible constructions, acts of survey of sections of networks of engineering facilities. It is enough to select acts of survey of the hidden work which contains data on materials, certificates and passports from OVERBOSS, and this information automatically is included in the act of survey of responsible constructions or sections of networks. These acts will also sootvetstvat to RD-11-02-2006 forms and requirements of UGSN.
