2020: Implementation of a sensing technology of documents of SmartIDReader

On April 24, 2020 the insurance broker of Odlar Yurdu provided to users of Azerbaijan the innovation multifunction mobile application of SigortApp in which the sensing technology of the documents Smart IDReader is implemented. The SigortApp application is positioned as "insurance company in a pocket" and gives to clients an opportunity of an execution of agreements of services of regional insurance market in the mode of "one window". Use of Smart IDReader technology allows to enter automatically client data and data on object of insurance at execution of the insurance policy.

SigortApp is mobile application with which it is possible without leaving the house to perform practically all types of insurance: car, real estate, health and life, travel. The built-in system of recognition on the basis of computer vision of Smart IDReader allows the application to recognize identification documents and the registration certificate of the vehicle of Azerbaijan. For data entry in an agreement form it is enough to user to show documents to the mobile phone camera or to photograph them.

Automatic filling of forms considerably simplifies and accelerates work with the application for clients: all process of an execution of the insurance contract and obtaining the electronic policy will take no more than 3 minutes. At the same time Smart IDReader executes recognition on phone of the client and never transfers personal data to processing to third-party services. The electronic insurance policy becomes available to the client directly in the smartphone.

When developing functionality of the application we were guided by the principle "Simply and Well". Recognition of documents and filling of fields of the agreement is very important step as how entering of data into the document will be implemented whether everything fields will be correctly filled, future customer interaction depends. Automation of process is directed to minimization of possible errors and inaccuracies when entering data into the agreement.
