OneFactor Social scoring

"Social scoring" is intended for process automation of decision-making by the organizations from the financial sphere, insurance and retail by the companies, organizations from other spheres of economy. In particular, the solution helps to define solvency of clients, to estimate risks of crediting both individuals, and small businesses (risk scoring) on the basis of special mathematical algorithms (methods of machine learning).

Social scoring estimates credit rating at the level of different societies of the borrower, such as household, enterprise, etc. It gives additional opportunities of crediting for those who could not apply for receiving credit products because of young age, lack of credit history or not permanent employment earlier.

2021: Inclusion in the Register of domestic software

Customer services of SmartMachine,  SmartCity and  "Social scoring" of the developer of the specialized platform of services of artificial intelligence for oneFactor telecom operators (enters into ICKX Holding)  are included in the Unified  register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases. The OneFactor company reported about it on January 29, 2021.

Besides, Mintsifra of Russia included in the register of the Russian programs the product "Storm Tekhnologii" of Cascana.Customer Engagement Center.

"Getting of a key product into the Register of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications will allow us to take part in tenders, rules of purchases in which provide a priority to goods and products of the Russian origin, and also to participate in the import substitution program, – Alexey Borovkov, the director of the department of business development notes Storm Tekhnologii. – These are, as a rule, purchases of state agencies and companies with considerable share of the state".
