Onyma OSS System

Principal component of a system is the system core which supports all necessary data structures, implements algorithms of information processing and coordinates interaction of external information systems of the company. Functioning of users with a system is ensured by two Web servers interacting with a core via the application server.

• The managing Web server is in internal network and is engaged in service working directly with an automated workplace system core: administrators and operators.
• The server of registration and statistics (Personal account) provides secure access to the system directly of clients of the company. From the Personal account clients have a possibility of start of processes of service (the order of services, requests for technical support, etc.) and trackings of their execution.
• Interaction with external systems provides to the developed API Onyma OSS.

• • Onyma OSS for the employee - is the diary of the current tasks with the description of works and terms of their accomplishment.
  • Onyma OSS for the head - is a planning tool, monitoring of execution of works, the analysis of activity of the company.
  • The analytical subsystem allows to build and receive the reports displaying execution of operational processes of the company.
