The OpenText company announced in the spring of 2012 OpenText Capture exit for Microsoft SharePoint — the special solution for work with paper documentation. The solution will help users qualitatively and to quickly digitize and index the arriving correspondence, the standardized forms and facsimile messages, sending all these data to Microsoft SharePoint at once. The new product will reduce dependence of business on paper documentation and will allow to build in electronic content, important for business, the corporate workflow which is regulated the SharePoint tools.

In addition, version 10.2 offers the improved support for the transactions which are executed in the automatic mode. Some scenarios require smooth operation in the automatic mode, for example, transition of the volume TIFF files in the PDF/A format providing a search capability. 2013. Integration into SAP Cloud for Travel

The OpenText company announced on August 9, 2013 integration of the services of data storage and optical character recognition into the SAP Cloud for Travel cloud applicaion (earlier known as TravelOnDemand) intended for accounting of traveling expenses.

As a result of interaction of OpenText and SAP the solution which helps to simplify drawing up reports on business trips was received.
