Opiner Search - a product is intended for loading and processing of necessary information in a cloud or locally and obtaining the interface for work with it.
On August 1, 2015 the Opiner company announced opening of access to technology of processing of texts. According to project participants, it will give to business of a possibility of analytics on the basis of a reliable cloud platform or on own servers.
On the basis of the loaded information Opiner shows dynamics of creation of documents in the set period, their character. By means of an intelligent system of service, the user can analyze trends and make decisions.
Opiner Search is focused on:
- the companies using text information in the analytical tasks.
- employees marketing or the PR-agencies, for timely tracking of responses of their clients, holding marketing campaigns and monitoring of a brand
- the staff of department of client support, for operational tracking of complaints and notes from clients of the company
