In the register of the Russian software

In May, 2018 OPTIMUM Mobile cash desk filled up the list of solutions of group Sidisi (CDC) included in the Unified Register of the Russian software. The order on expansion of the register was signed by the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications Nikolai Nikiforov on April 27, 2018.

In addition to OPTIMUM Mobile cash desk the list included 22 more names of the software. The added products were recognized corresponding to the rules formulated in order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the software coming from the foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs" of November 16, 2015. Earlier the register already included 19 solutions of Sidisi Group, in particular: technology platform OPTIMUM, OPTIMUM of a MMS, GIS OPTIMUM, OPTIMUM Booth, OPTIMUM BESTSHOP and others.

The solution OPTIMUM the Mobile cash desk provides creation, change, printing of checks and automatic transfer of electronic versions of checks in tax authorities according to federal law 54-FZ "About use of the cash registers at implementation of cash monetary payments and (or) calculations using electronic payment instruments".

The solution is intended for the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs using the figurative cash registers (CR) equipped with the fiscal drive, modules of wireless communication and the check printer. Provides optimal transition to work on 54-FZ taking into account features of large business. OPTIMUM Mobile cash desk can be used as mobile employees (couriers of online stores, forwarding agents), and in stationary sales points or rendering services for issue of the check in the place of purchase according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Optimum the Mobile cash desk supports transfer and printing of checks in a format of fiscal data 1.05

The possibility of information transfer in the format of fiscal data (FFD) 1.05 of the OPTIMUM system Mobile cash desk to the fiscal data operator (FDO) is implemented. Support of FFD 1.05 allows trade organizations and individual entrepreneurs to fulfill the requirements of Federal law 54-FZ "About use of the cash registers …" to issue of checks on such transactions as prepayment or advance payment, sales of goods on credit and on gift cards and also according to other schemes having difficult options of calculations.

The Federal Tax Service permits to use the current format 1.0 until the end of 2018. After that all online cash desks will have to work with FFD of versions 1.05 or 1.1, i.e. the refirmware of cash desk and a software update will be required. Now support of FFD 1.05 is required from all participants of exchange — cash desk, OFD and FTS. Let's notice that yet not all cash desks can transfer and not all OFD are capable to accept fiscal documents in format 1.05. At signing of the contract on delivery of the complete solution OPTIMUM Mobile cash desk our customers are saved from questions of compatibility — the Sidisi group supplies the checked equipment, offers services of connection to OFD and registration in FTS, integration with the accounting systems, training, settings of a complex.

Optimum Mobile cash desk Release 1.5

On April 25, 2017 company CDC announced release of release 1.5 of the version of technology of mobile online cash desk Optimum.

Providing compliance to requirements 54-FZ "About use of the cash registers …", the company prepared for the enterprises online cash desk with Internet access and the program on phone (tablet) which creates checks for printing, initiates sending their electronic versions to tax authorities.

In version 1.5 functionality is added, in particular - data exchange between mobile application and the server happens to use of the cryptographic TLS protocol confirmed with the entrusted certificates.

The ATOL 11F, ATOL 15F and ATOL 60F check printer (FPrintPay-01PTK), payment terminals are supported by bank cards of Ingenico. Updating of mobile application on new versions happens in the automatic mode. In the check printing of additional fields – a name of the buyer and the address of the place of sale is implemented.

The program installed on the tablet or the smartphone allows to select goods items from the directory or to enter them manually, to issue checks with all obligatory attributes on the portable printer with the built-in fiscal drive and to send electronic versions of checks to tax authorities through OFD and also to the client by e-mail or the SMS. The other day the Sidisi group released update of the solution OPTIMUM Mobile cash desk which includes support of the stationary jobs organized based on personal computers. This updating allows users to create and send to printing checks directly from a personal account without use of mobile devices.

Advantages of OPTIMUM Mobile cash desk are the simple interface, easy integration with any stock count system, a possibility of centralized operation by the rights of the employees using the cash register equipment in work and bindings of an account of the employee to the device, support of a new format of fiscal data of FFD 1.05 allowing to work with partial payments, advance payments, the credits and so forth Besides, the solution is developed on a technology platform of OPTIMUM of the class MEAP thanks to what at increase in number of cash desks load of the accounting system practically does not increase that gives the chance to connect an unlimited number of the cash register equipment.
