the Opportunity for work using mobile devices on Aurora OS

On December 7, 2020 it became known that in a monitoring system of a production equipment "OPTIMUM" the opportunity for work using mobile devices on the operating system the Aurora is created. It will allow to implement a system on the industrial enterprises which are objects of the critical information infrastructure (CII).

The monitoring system of a production equipment "OPTIMUM" is developed by Tsifrovye intellektualnye promyshlennye tekhnologii LLC which is joint venture PJSC Kirov Plant and the resident of Skolkovo Foundation of Institute of Development of Digital Economy (IDDE) LLC. Founders develop the software products directed to increase in efficiency of production processes and an increase in labor productivity. Make an active contribution to import substitution program implementation, create technological solutions for the enterprises of mechanical engineering on the basis of SMPO OPTIMUM.

A system monitors two parameters: what is the time the machine worked under loading and for what reasons was in idle time. The first indicator is removed automatically using current sensors which put on on phases of drives of the machine as clip-on earrings. Sensors transfer data on a wireless communication link. Information on the reasons of idle time is entered by the operator of the machine, using mobile application.

These two parameters allow to gain 80% of economic effect of implementation of this sort of systems — Fedor Buzhov, the commercial director of Tsifrovye intellektualnye promyshlennye tekhnologii LLC notes. — System implementation does not require laying of additional wires, deep changes of processes, long personnel training. The whole workshop can be connected to a monitoring system for several days without additional costs on infrastructure, and the first results will be noticeable in two weeks.

On October 13, 2020 it became known that at Kirov Plant provided the equipment monitoring system AI OPTIMUM intended for increase in efficiency of the equipment.

The monitoring system of a production equipment of OPTIMUM is developed using mobile technologies, industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), deep learning (artificial intelligence). The solution provides continuous monitoring and job analysis of the equipment on the basis of indications of the sensors installed on it.

A system allows to control operation of the equipment, to analyze its loading, to fix idle times. Data are stored in a type of simple and clear reports, information is available in mobile application on the smartphone.

The solution is developed by Tsifrovye intellektualnye promyshlennye tekhnologii LLC. This joint venture PJSC Kirov Plant and Institute of Development of Digital Economy (IDDE) LLC, resident of a cluster of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation. A system passed tests at the enterprises of Kirov Plant: in August, 2020 it is brought into commercial operation at the JSC Kirov-Energomash Plant enterprises and Joint Plants of the Boring Equipment of V.V. Vorovsky LLC, earlier the monitoring system of the transformer equipment was installed on JSC Petrostal Steel Works.

The equipment monitoring system at manufacturing enterprises helps to obtain reliable information about real loading of the equipment.
