The OPTIMUM the Supervisor - development of group CDC - the new mobile solution expanding functionality of the automation system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM and allowing supervisors (administrators) to focus on effective management of the teams of sales representatives or merchandisers was reported by the press service of the company on July 9, 2013.
Advantages
OPTIMUM the Supervisor helps to control work of the sales representatives (SR) in real time. The map of the territory with outlets, location, routes and results of actions of TP in outlets is output to the tablet computer of the supervisor.
The supervisor observes start time of work of the sales representative, quantity of points that he visited where he was delayed. On each point it is possible to look at information available in the database. And the main thing - result of work in this point: the employee received the order, made the photoreport, filled out the questionnaire, etc.

The supervisor can personally arrive to the territory and execute obligations of TP: create orders, delivery notes, merchandising documents, etc. All information entered by under control employees is available to it: orders, photoreports. The supervisor can visit outlet and check their reliability.
Neighbors
Function of display of the points located nearby will be useful to the supervisor. For this purpose it is enough to specify in application controls distance in meters and they will appear on the screen in the form of multi-colored "balun" [1] (red color, for example, shows that behind outlet there is a debt).
Analysis of the territory
The new application allows the supervisor to see the major analytical indicators on the card: audit of the territory by TP and outlets, audit of work of the selected TP for the specified date and also to create the general reporting under employees, orders, quantity of points of orders, quantity of the sold goods, total amount.
The convenient system of filters by several parameters, sorting and search including voice from Google, supplement functionality of the solution OPTIMUM Supervisor.
Compatibility
The application works on tablets running Android OS and is synchronized with the OPTIMUM database, as well as other system modules ([2], [3], merchandising), by means of Internet connection.
