Using these solutions together with Oracle applications for supply chain management and resources of the enterprise, clients will be able to manage more effectively difficult transactions within global supply chains.
The procedure of acquisition is going to be completed within June, 2006 after accomplishment of all conditions of the conclusion of similar transactions. Financial terms of transaction are not disclosed.
